We're currently looking for a Recruiter who is ready to hit the ground running in our fast-paced environment. Reporting to the VP, Director of HR, the Recruiter will play a significant role in attracting the best talents to the agency and lead the recruiting process for full-time as well as contract and temporary employees.

This is a great opportunity for a driven and energetic individual with current and/or prior advertising agency experience. The ideal candidate must have strong EI and a flexible, roll up the sleeve work style and be able to manage between 15-20 req load.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage entire recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. This may include but not limited to sourcing, interviewing, checking references, and extending offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers on sourcing strategies, focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, employees and external business contacts
  • Implement and introduce recruiting best practices and processes that are both effective and efficient to achieve operational excellence
  • Maintain an extensive network and a large candidate pool in order to fill positions quickly and effectively
  • Partner with multiple teams to create detailed job descriptions, select interview panels, and define the feedback criteria
  • Develop, launch, and own strategic initiatives to help Giant continuously improve its recruiting processes and systems
  • Track and maintain recruiting metrics for reporting purposes
  • Coordinate the temporary staffing relationship. Manage on-going communications with staffing agencies and act as the liaison between departments and the agencies for recruitment/placement of temporary employees.
  • Continue to develop and manage 3rd party relationships
  • May perform other HR duties as assigned (we have a small but growing HR team after all)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in HR or similar and at least 3 years' recruiting experience in an advertising agency is extremely desirable
  • Passion for attracting the best talents to Giant
  • Must have high EI that allows you to confidently and easily connect with a variety of candidates at various levels
  • Excellent team building and relationship building skills required
  • Collaborative, team player with high standards and ethics
  • Extensive and creative sourcing strategies that extend beyond LinkedIn and online job boards
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
  • Must have experience implementing and working with a variety of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; ability to establish new work processes and methods
  • Must have strong computer skills, MAC environment desirable
